Attorney Advertiser FAQ

Honest answers about how listings work, what each tier costs, how to measure results, and exactly what you’re buying. If you have a question not covered here, email us and we’ll update this page.

How advertising on FightMyParking.com works

The process is entirely self-serve. You choose a pricing tier, complete your firm profile (name, phone, website URL, bio, and logo if applicable), select the cities where you want to appear, and pay via Stripe. Your listing goes live automatically — there is no manual review queue, no waiting for approval, and no back-and-forth with our team. From form submission to live listing typically takes under two minutes.

Once your listing is live, it appears on the city pages you selected. A Basic listing shows your firm name, attorney name, phone number, website, and bar number in a compact format. A Featured listing adds your logo and a bio paragraph and earns mid-page placement above Basic listings. A Spotlight listing appears at the very top of the page with a “Recommended” badge, a photo, and covers all 40 cities automatically.

You receive two things by email on signup: a management link and a stats link. The management link lets you edit your profile, update your city selection, upgrade your plan, or cancel — no login or password required, just the link. The stats link shows your impression and click data in real time. Keep both emails; if you lose them, contact us and we will resend.

What is the ROI?

Every person who sees your listing has already paid $29 to dispute their parking ticket. That is a meaningful signal: they are not passively browsing. They have an active case, they are looking for options, and some of them are deciding right now whether to file the letter themselves or hand it to a professional. That is the moment your listing appears.

The financial math is straightforward. Parking and traffic defense cases typically generate $300 to $2,000 or more in legal fees per retained client, depending on the complexity of the case and your market. A single retained client from a Basic listing ($99 per month) more than covers a full year of advertising cost. A single retained client from a Featured listing ($299 per month) covers more than a year. A single retained client from a Spotlight listing ($499 per month) covers six months. You do not need a high conversion rate to make the numbers work.

Featured and Spotlight listings also appear on the dispute results page — the screen drivers see immediately after generating their letter, when they are actively reading their dispute options and deciding next steps. That placement captures drivers at the highest point of intent in the entire user journey.

Honest caveat: We cannot guarantee retained clients. The number of clients you actually retain depends on your practice area, your listing quality, your responsiveness, the local market, and the driver’s specific case. What we can guarantee is high-intent placement in front of people who are actively disputing a parking ticket in your city.

How do I know my listing is getting traffic?

Every listing tracks two metrics automatically from the moment it goes live:

You can view your stats at any time using your private stats link. No login, no password, no dashboard account required. The link is included in your signup confirmation email. Stats update in near real time. If you want to track which cities are driving the most clicks, the stats page breaks down impressions and clicks by city.

Tiers, coverage, and seat caps

All three tiers are month-to-month with no minimum term. The differences are in placement, coverage, and seat limits per city:

Tier Price Coverage Placement Seat cap
Basic$99/moUp to 3 citiesCompact directoryNo cap
Featured$299/moUp to 10 citiesMid-page, logo + bioMax 5 firms/city
Spotlight$499/moAll 40 citiesTop-of-page, badge + photoMax 3 firms/city (rotating)

Seat caps exist to protect the value of premium placements. When a Featured or Spotlight city reaches its cap, that city becomes unavailable at that tier until another advertiser cancels. If a city you want is capped, contact us — we maintain a waitlist and will notify you when a seat opens.

Billing and cancellation

Billing is monthly via Stripe. Your card is charged on the day you sign up, and then on the same calendar date each month. We never store your card details — Stripe handles all payment processing in a PCI-compliant environment and we do not have access to your card number.

You can cancel at any time from your private management link. There is no minimum commitment period, no cancellation fee, and no notice requirement. When you cancel, your listing is removed from all city pages immediately — not at the end of the billing period, but immediately. No refunds are issued for the remainder of a billing period that has already been charged.

If you want to pause rather than cancel — for example, if you are taking leave or your practice is at capacity — the cleanest approach is to cancel and re-signup when you are ready. Your profile information is not retained after cancellation, so you will need to re-enter it.
