• Ticket information — citation number, city, violation type, and any details you enter to generate a dispute letter. This is processed by our AI and is not stored longer than necessary to generate your document.
• Uploaded images — photos of your parking ticket processed via OCR on your device. Images are not transmitted to our servers.
• Usage data — pages visited, time on site, browser type, and referring URL, collected via standard server logs and analytics.
• Payment information — if you purchase a premium plan, payment details are handled directly by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.

• To generate your AI-powered parking ticket dispute letter
• To send you your dispute letter and any follow-up instructions by email
• To add you to our mailing list if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To process payments for premium features
• To improve our service through aggregate usage analysis

Third-Party Services

• Brevo — email delivery and list management. Your email address is shared with Brevo to send transactional and marketing emails. See Brevo's privacy policy.
• OpenAI — AI letter generation. Ticket details you enter are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. See OpenAI's privacy policy.
• Stripe — payment processing for premium features. See Stripe's privacy policy.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for site functionality. We may use analytics tools to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

Data Retention

Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Ticket details used to generate letters are not stored beyond the active session. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
