Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2025

Not a Law Firm. FightMyParking.com provides document assistance only. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship.

By using FightMyParking.com ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

FightMyParking.com is a document assistance tool that uses artificial intelligence to help you draft parking ticket dispute letters. We do not represent you, advise you on your specific legal rights, or guarantee any outcome. The letters we generate are starting points — you are responsible for reviewing, modifying, and submitting them to the appropriate authority.

2. No Legal Advice

Information on this site — including city guides, deadlines, fine amounts, and dispute strategies — is provided for general informational purposes only. Laws and procedures change. Always verify deadlines and filing requirements directly with the issuing authority before submitting your dispute.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We make no representations or warranties that using our Service will result in your ticket being dismissed, reduced, or otherwise resolved in your favor. Results depend on the facts of your case, the issuing authority, your evidence, and many other factors outside our control.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Premium Features and Payments

Some features require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FightMyParking.com — including text, designs, and software — is owned by or licensed to us. The dispute letters generated for you may be used freely for your personal dispute. You may not resell or redistribute our templates or content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightMyParking.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any missed deadlines, unfavorable outcomes, or damages resulting from reliance on our content. Our maximum liability to you for any claim is the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.
